The typical size of Flatpack modules is 20’ (6.05 x 2.43 m) or 10’ (3.00 x 2.43 m), other dimensions available; they are joinable without limit to create bigger areas. Stackable in buildings of up to 3 floors.

 Modules are delivered in kit form, to be assembled at final site. Typically 4 modular units in collapsed form are packed together as a ”bundle” with ISO 20’ size, so that 4 modules can be delivered at the cost of a single 20’ container, with significant saving on transportation expenses. We take care of the delivery to the required destination port!

Delivered as flat-pack in iso-sized bundles, it becomes a versatile living space.

Once erected, the Multi House becomes a module which can be used as office, accommodation, disaster relief, ablution, kitchen & mess hall and basically any use where a living space is needed.

Being a modular container, it can be joined to create larger spaces and can be stacked 3-high. Offered layouts for a standard 20 foot unit range from single or double room to ablution and sanitary containers.

Materials used for panels, insulation, floor and ceiling can be of different kinds and fire rated. Electrics are compliant to a number of international standards. Doors and windows are available in different styles, materials and sizes.
